It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Rita Principato (San Diego, California), who passed away on September 6, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Sardo and Mary Sardo; her siblings, Frank Sardo (Jenny), Jack Sardo (Marilyn) and Jenny Ferrantelli (Mike); and her son David.

She is survived by: her sons, Peter, Salvatore and John; and her brother Vito. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
