He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elinor Shack (Schunick) of Baltimore; his daughters, Jennifer Weiner (Aaron) of Aurora, Illinois, Julie Lauritzen of Lake Balboa, California and Danielle Archuleta (Frankie) of Poway, California.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, Logan, Brody and Aliyah; his nieces and nephews, Robyn, Bill, Louis, Debbie, John and Bradley; his friend Israel; his daughter Lisa; his sister Brenda; and his parents, Harry and Evelyn.
Covid took his life on January 15.
Donations in Michael's memory may be made to the Michael Shack Memorial fund at Temple Adat Shalom to pay for a shade structure for the courtyard.
