He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Jackson; his sister Dorothy Mae Pearson; his sister-in-law Gloristeen Arbuthnot; his children, Dennis V. Arbuthnot of San Diego, Oliver H. Arbuthnot, Jr. (Tonya) of Menifee, CA, William J. N. Arbuthnot (Mishael) of Wildomar, CA, Richard Moore (Lashawn) of San Diego, Philistine Williams (Tina) and Pamela L. Alvarez (Robert); and his grandchildren, Meisha, Derrick, Billy, Jarren, Donnell, Alicia, Breahna, Labrina, Eisha, Dawn Monique, Oliver H. Arbuthnot III, Jordan, Julian, Anaya, Ayanah and Montel. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
