With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Theall of San Diego, California, born in Covina, California, who passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Vincenzo and Angela P. De Vincenzo (Leone); and her brother Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" C. Theall of Grafton, NH; her children, Scott (Mira Lemieux), Renee Theall-Van Orden of Orange, NH and Charles C. Theall, Jr. of Grafton, NH; her grandchildren, Clive, Mia and Matthew; and her siblings, Paul De Vincenzo of San Diego, CA, Diane De Vincenzo of St. James, Missouri and Joann Moulton of St. James, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
