He was predeceased by: his pet Beverly (Kirsti). He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Cynthia Ann Banks of Chandler, AZ and Susan Hurn; his friends, Dusty, Isis and Sasha; and also, Paul Cope, Vanessa Collins, Mark, Paula Zimmermann and Justin.
