She was predeceased by: her parents, Hattie F. Pursglove and Samuel R. Pursglove; and her sister Hattie Jo Mullins. She is survived by: her siblings, Samuel Richard Pursglove, Susan P. Bartlett and Joseph Pursglove II; and her children, John Benjamin, Anne Pursglove and Thomas Edward.
Despite numerous medical challenges during her lifetime, including breast cancer and Parkinson's Disease for more than 18 years, she always found time and ways to make a positive difference in the lives of countless individuals and families.
