She is survived by: her daughters, Elmer Lothrop and Mary Lothrop; her spouse Willis Edwin Rowe; her son David; her sisters, Ruth Bettina Piel, Marilyn Pike and Barbara Nelson; her son Steve; her wife Denise; and her grandchildren, Tony, Austin and Nick.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the YMCA of San Diego County for the "The Rowe Family Memorial Fund," or to the San Diego Humane Society.
