He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hardin and Helen Hardin (Cowan). He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Colorado Springs; his son Christopher Hardin of Utica, KY; his siblings, Terry Hardin (Patty) of Nashville, TN and Jeannie Hardin Schoeb (Blair) of Oklahoma City, OK.; his grandchildren, Carlie and Wesley Hardin of Bowling Green, KY; and his children, Crystal Pedersen (Jeremy) of Magna, UT, Autumn Roberts of Longmont, CO, Joshua Dixon (Tiffany) and Robb Dixon (Kelsey) of Longmont, CO.
He was recovering from hip surgery when he contracted COVID-19, the virus was just too much.
Before passing Troy requested that in lieu of flowers to donate to the Humane Society of Pike's Peak Region in Colorado Springs, CO, in his name.
