She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Festine and Julia Festine; her husband Vincent; and her siblings, Eva Rico, Armond Festine and Anthony Festine.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Wagner (Steven) and David Ciccone (Karen); her grandchildren, Maressa Pyle (Rob), Gregory Wagner (Stacy), David Wagner (Maria) and Michael Wagner (Rebecca); and her close friend San Diego. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
