It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Paul Freeman (San Diego, California), who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joe and Francis Xavier; and his parents, Vincent Freeman and Ruth Denvir. He is survived by: his brothers, Tommy, Dennis Freeman of Chula Vista and John Freeman of Imperial Beach; his children, Vincent P. Freeman III of San Diego and Mary Hightower (John) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Susan Higuera of Spring Valley; his nieces, Connie Freeman and Ruth Mateo; his nephew Joe; and his spouse Chaluay Sibunruang Freeman.

In celebration of his life and in lieu of flowers, please make donations to Father Joe's Villages, Braille Institute, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, or the Disabled American Veterans.
