He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Leah Bartlett; his wife Greta Baird Jones; his stepsons, Craig Jones (Hillari) of San Diego, CA. and Keith Jones (Donna) of Lovettsville, VA; his brother Mahlon Erwin of Prescott, AZ; and his grandchildren, Austin Jones, Garrett Jones (Renata), Shelby, Emma Jones, Brian Purvis (Shondell) and Jennifer Adams (Jason).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clairemont Emmanuel Baptist Church (2610 Galveston St, San Diego, CA 92110).
