He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Edward and Cleo Beall Seaba; his wife Ruth Harkins; his son Bill Seaba; and his siblings, Dorothy Smith, Mary Louise Sieren and Floyd Seaba.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Seaba (Cindy) of Waukee and Brent Seaba (Stacy) of Olathe; and his grandchildren, Jessica Worrall, Ashley Beck, Marshall Seaba, Jeremy Seaba, Amber Kisner, Cierra Seaba and Trenton Seaba. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
