She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Balan Mascardo and Florentina Lamangan Mascardo; her husband Reynaldo "Rey" Celestino Toledo Ravelo; and her brother Ruben "Jit" Jr. (Divinia Luna Mascardo). She is survived by: her daughters, Caroline Ravelo of Fort Myers, Florida, Jocelyn Joyce Ravelo-Conde (Dean Conde) of San Diego, California, Darlene Ravelo Abrenica of Temecula, California and Yvonne Ravelo Crace (Jeff Crace) of Temecula, California.; her grandchildren, Juliana Conde, Alexis Conde, Jessica Crace, Alyssa Crace, Joshua Abrenica and Mikayla; and her siblings, Ed Mascardo (Linda Flores) and Sery Mascardo (June Fields).
She was the former director of the Aguinaldo Foundation, which she co-founded.
