He is survived by : his mother Annette Miramontes; his wife Raquel Miramontes; his children, Mindy, Gilbert Jr, Rosemarie and Rochelle; his siblings, Kenny, Annette and Petra; his daughter Raquel Miramontes Lopez; his siblings, Ruth Miramontes and Daniel Miramontes; his sons-in-law, Adam Lopez and Alan Guzman; his nephew Gervin Estrada; and also, Henry, Denise, Adam and Alan. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
