He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Collie Crews, Mary Crews and Jasper Ronald Flowers; and his uncles, Fredrick Milikin and James Ronald Flowers.
He is survived by : his children, Raven and Wyatt Crews; his parents, Hubert Crews and Tami Flowers Bland (Jerry); his grandmother Kathryn Flowers; his aunts and uncles, Hilton Crews (Melinda), Steven Flowers, Kitty Milikin (Joe), Lori Underwood and Shari Flowers; his cousin June Karpinen; and his children, Attn and Tampa. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
