With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alicia Munoz Alvarado (San Jose, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Fernando Munoz and Jose Munoz; her grandson Abraham Alvarado; and her parents, Theresa Munoz (Hernandez) and Antonio Munoz.
She is survived by: her husband Ruben Lopez Alvarado; her sons, Abraham Alvarado and Ruben Alvarado Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha Alvarado (Joe Correa), Anna Alvarado (Eric Antonio), Ida Alvarado, Sophia Mendez, Javier Mendez and Ruben Alvarado III; her great grandchildren, JoJo Correa, Ricky Antonio, Sebastian Antonio, Vincent Mendez, Jaxson Mendez and Juliet Mendez; her siblings, Edward Munoz, John Munoz, Irene Torres, Anna Hernandez, Martha Munoz and Yolanda Gallegos; and her aunt Lily Ozuna.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel (710 Willow St, San Jose, CA 95125). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
