It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helia Maria Rodrigues Escobar (San Jose, California), who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Domingos A. Escobar; and her father Antonio Rodrigues. She is survived by: her children, Joe, Cristina and Michael Escobar; her mother Natalia Rodrigues; her granddaughter Kayleerose Escobar; and her siblings, Natalia Macedo (Rui), Manuel Rodrigues (Lucia), Laura Faria (Humberto) of Faial and Maria Eduina Faria (Jose) of San Jose, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
