He is survived by: his wife Juanita Sullivan; his sons, John Sullivan (Joanne) of Roseville, Ken Sullivan (Laura) of Roseville and Dennis Sullivan of Roseville; and his sister-in-law Gloria Bolger. He is also survived by grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
