He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Luu Vinh and Quach Dao; his wife Kwan Lau; his children, Phillip Leung, Annie Collins, Jonathan Lau and Amanda Lau; his grandchildren, Derek, Ellen Leung, Leah and Sean Collins; and his brother Turner.
