He was predeceased by : his parent Valentim; and his sister Diodette. He is survived by : his wife Rosa; his children, Lorraine, Arlene, Jeanette, Paul and John Phillip; and his siblings, Manuel, Antonio, Maria Alice and Laurentina.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's New Catholic Church (2590 E North Ave, Sanger, CA 93657). A rosary was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Sanger Cemetery (568 S Rainbow Route, Sanger, CA 93657).
