He is survived by: his wife Elida Tijerina of Sanger; his son Nicolas Tijerina III of Sanger; his daughter-in-law Diana Tijerina of Sanger; his daughters, Elida Cardenas of Sanger, Alma Rosa Tijerina of Sanger, Maria San Juana Castro of Texas and Maria Mirthala Martinez of Madera; and his son-in-law Francisco Alcala of Lemoore. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
