He was predeceased by : his parents, Betty Martin and Phillip Martin; his sisters, Shirley and Gloria; and his daughter Kathy.

He is survived by : his wife Janet; his daughters, Susan and Beth; and his son-in-law Jarod. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren.
