She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl D. Lownes and Hazel Slater Lownes; her husband Albert Stanley Novo; her brothers, Bob and Bill; her sister-in-law Pat; and her nephew Bob.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Peggie (Jim) of Nipomo, Wayne (Barbara) of Lake Almanor and Carl (Nadine) of Orcutt; her grandchildren, Doug, Melissa, Steven, Cheryl, Makenzie, Katie, Ryan and Blake; and her sister-in-law Joan. She is also survived by her loving nephews and their children.
