He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eugene Conn and Barbara Ann Conn; and his sister Katheryn Ann Bewley. He is survived by: his son William Preston Conn; his wife Deborah Lynn Conn; his daughters, Danielle Renee Conn and Shauna Deanne Conn; his siblings, Jennie Lee Hay (Mike Hay) and Eugene Michael Conn (Mike); and his sister-in-law Viki Forest. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held for Bill in the spring or summer of 2021 after the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic is gone.
Bill thought this would be a nice cause in lieu of flowers.
