He is survived by: his children, Anthony (Emily McNelly) of Oxnard, CA, Amanda Randles, Hal Randles, Rebecca McNelly, Brian (Megan McNelly) of Ventura, CA, Lance McNelly and Candace Lozano of Fillmore, CA; his close friend Lesa Kirstner of Santa Paula, CA; his grandchildren, Chris (Amber McNelly), David (Jocelyn Jaynes), Justin Randles, Sandra Kay Jaynes, Jacob Jaynes, Gavin Jaynes and Ferris McNelly of Ventura, CA; his great grandchildren, Kasey, Dakota and Preston McNelly; and his siblings, Eddie McNelly (Carolynn) of Rowena, TX, Ronald McNelly (Linda) of Aumsville and Theresa (Ricky Agnew) of Talpa, TX.. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
