She was predeceased by: her parents, Serapio Luque and Carmen Luque; her husband Robert Borrego (Bobbie); her son Robert Jr.; and her siblings, Dora Valdez (Pete) and Eddie Luque.

She is survived by: her children, Diane, Marie and Jonathan (Karen); and her siblings, Virginia (Danny), Maggie (Raul), Alice (Arthur), Eva (David), Marie (Ray), Olga (Bobby) and Ronnie (Ruth). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church - Santa Paula (427 N Oak St, Santa Paula, CA 93060). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Tillie volunteered for the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the United Way, the Dental Clinic for Children and Christmas basket drives.
