She was predeceased by: her parents, Sim Phillips and Julia Phillips of Teague, Texas.; her husband John Flewellen; her son Gary; and her siblings, Joyce Busby, Zeffer Lee Demus, Donnell and Sam Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Blackwell (Flewellen) of Clarksville, TN and Demetrius Flewellen; and her brother Cleo Phillips (Mary) of Spencer, OK. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great- grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters and brothers.
