He was predeceased by: his mother Charmaine Seales; and his sister Delissa (Rod). He is survived by: his wife Keyaira; his sons, Kayden (Man) and Kamari (Nino); and his father Calvin Seales.

In lieu of flowers, the family of Kevin O. Seales is requesting that all donations be made "In Memory of Kevin Seales" to Man Made Kennels.
