Fogal (Sebastopol, California), born in Oxnard, California, who passed away on September 28, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Martha Elba; her husband Phillip P. Fogal; her siblings, Bessy, Christina, Maria, Socorro and Nestor; her children, Arcadio Jose (Melisa), Miguel, Juan (Timi) and Estela (Martin); her grandchildren, Antonio, Alisia, Bella, Sarah and Sophia; Sarah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. "Que dios te acompane " sister, mother, grandmother, wife, friend.
