He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Moeller, Edith Moeller Keys and Gertrude Moeller Fields; his former wife Mary R. Moeller; and his son James E. Moeller Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Christy Moeller Visbal, Michael James Visbal, Caroline Marie Nicole Visbal and Lauren Irene Victoria Visbal; his great grandchildren, Emma Shea Visbal and James Matthew Visbal; his stepdaughter Sherry Kay Campbell; and his granddaughter Shannon Brynn Campbell.
