He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Duggan and Lucille Duggan; his former wife Rosalind Ann Duggan (Reis); his children, Daniel Duggan (Oregon) and Erin Horn (Fairfield); his wife Lynn Duggan (Carlomagno); his stepchildren, Gina Drohan (Novato), Anthony Drohan (Sonoma) and Rachelle Methner (Sonoma); his grandchildren, John Horn and Paige Horn; his stepgrandsons, Levi Smith, Elias, Noah Drohan, John and Benjamin Methner; and his siblings, Jim Duggan, Mick Duggan, Patty Poggetti (Bernie) and Bill Duggan (Brenda). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hydrocephalus Association or Hospice by the Bay.
