We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2020, at the age of 88, Morse Code Telegrapher Raymond Smith of Sonora, California passed away. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Driggs Smith and Berta Mae Smith (Carter); his grandmother Ernestine; his former life partner Sami Jane; his children, Mark, Benjamin and Kimaria Smith; his wife Lena Smith; and his children, Misty Demag (Anthony), Christopher Smith (Karyn) and Sarah Prokop (Jude). He was also cherished by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to the visitation at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary & Crematory, 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, with social distancing, face masks required, and seating limited to 50, on Friday, September 18, from 10:00 am -12:00 noon with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 P. M.
