It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ellen Ratliff (Stockton, California), born in Kimberly, Idaho, who passed away on November 15, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Ballard and Emily Ballard; her husband Frank G. Ratliff; and her son Michael Scott Bradford. She is survived by: her brother Ronald Ballard; her daughters, Lori Estay and Lyndi Hatch; her grandchildren, Amanda Guillot, Emily Simon, Gordon Hatch, Logan Hatch, Bradford Estay and Adaline Meredith; her great grandchildren, Noah and Bella Simon; and her pets, Abby, Maddie and Bosco.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Camp Fire Fund 2018.
