He is survived by: his grandfather Jud Arden Smith; his wife Jody; his parents, Albert Smith and Eloise Smith; his children, Chris Smith (Joyce), Tracy Smith Silva (Gary), Tammy Murphy (Troy), Wendi Mueller (Bryan) and Hayley Agardy (JayneAnn Parmele); his grandchildren, Calvin, Trevor, Chelsea, Justin, Alexis, Austin, Jacob, Brittany, Brandi, Kelsey and Cortney; and his pet Sunny. He is also survived by his cousins, many nieces and nephews.
