It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rafael Perez of Susanville, California, born in Woodland, California, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his son Charles (Chuck); and his siblings, Pablo, Pedro, Fred and Maria Alonso.

He is survived by : his former life partner LaVon Nichols; his sons, Christopher, Clifford, Orland and Willows; his wife Patricia; his sister Isabel Alonso (Babe); and his daughter Zuheit. He is also survived by spouses, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

No services are planned at this time due to COVID-19 restrictions.
