It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Westbrook (Taft, California), born in Hugo, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Esther Loraine (Hyde) and Joseph Hardy; his wife Hazel (Smith); his former life partner Doris; his brother Winfred; and his sister-in-law Enid.

He is survived by : his children, Michael (Sandy) of Shafter, Gary (Wanda) of Taft and Donna Eaton of Bakersfield; and his brother Harold Westbrook (LaVonne) of Lavacaa, Arkansas.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
