He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chacon and Margaret Chacon; and his sister Darlene Rodriguez-Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Chacon; his aunt Vera; and his siblings, Samuel (Diane), Grace, Joseph (Jayne) and John Chacon. He is also survived by his 5 daughters, 2 grandsons, 8 granddaughters, and 2 great grand daughters.
