We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2021, at the age of 91, Joan Kotter of Temple City, California, born in Richfield, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lyman Poulson and Anna Torgerson Poulson; her husband John B Kotter; her daughter Pamela Gladwell; and her siblings, Florence Johnson, Ted Poulson, Harriett Poulson, Darrell Poulson and Melvin Poulson.
She is survived by : her children, Tonja Jacobson (Tony) and Robert John Kotter. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
