He is survived by : his wife Frances DuBose Johnson; his children, Steve Johnson, Caroline Johnson Hodge (Thomas Hodge) and Julia Johnson Cerny (Edward Cerny); and his grandchildren, Peter, Annie Hodge, Caroline, Quinn and Sarah Cerny.
