He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Rangel and Hortensia Rangel; and his siblings, Andy Rangel and Cecelia Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Jane Rangel of Citrus Heights; his son Joseph Rangel of Honolulu; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Rangel of Hauula; his nephew Thor Dunn (Erin Dunn) of Roseville; and his grandchildren, Carmen and David Rangel of Hauula. He is also survived by friends and father and daughter.
