It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Eugene Newcomb (Tracy, California), born in South Boston, Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2018, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Addie Jennette Covington and Gordon B. Newcomb; his stepmother Terri Newcomb; his children, Tavin, Tristyn and Troy Newcomb, Jr.; his siblings, Tammy Robinson-White, Kimberly Childress and Stephen Newcomb; his stepbrother Brian Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Skylar Cash, Londyn Ruby Farner, Joshua Ryan Robinson and Eli Owen Newcomb. He is also survived by numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made in Troy's memory to the Boy & Girls Club of Tracy.
