He was predeceased by: his sister Amber Koetsier. He is survived by: his spouse Dannelle "Dani" Blain; his grandfather Bill Blain; his husband Blake Shawn; his daughter Geralyn Leverett (Jamaine); his parents, Ronald Blain and Donna Blain; his siblings, Allan Blain (Nicole Blain) and Coral Lytle; and also, Lola, Duke and Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
