He is survived by: his granddaughter Jiselle; his wife Jean Johnson; his daughter Jeanna Field (Chad); his brother-in-law Larry Johnson; his grandchildren, Jenavieve Cotman (Derrick), Jacquelyn Field (Timothy) and Caedmon Field; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Raeleigh, Brooklyn, Leighton Luffman and Brayden Brantley; his pets, Jacques and Coco; his brothers, Donald, Dennis and Lee; and his great grandchild Jaxson. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in John's honor to Glioblastoma Cancer research or the Church of Eleven 22 Missions Fund.
