He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurmond Butler and Elsie Butler. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his son Michael Butler (Cathy); and his stepdaughter Pat Everode. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Harrold's memory to Covenant Care Hospice.
