He is survived by: his aunt Katherine Mortensen; his daughters, Mary, Esther, Carla Merrill (Allan) of Turlock and Kristi Viss (Troy) of Turlock; his grandchildren, Jordan Merrill (Kate) of Arroyo Grande, Luke Merrill (Frida) of Örkelljunga, Elan Viss (Darci) of Hickman and Ana Viss of Turlock; his great grandchildren, Milla Merrill of Levi Merrill, Julia Merrill and Aron Merrill; his brother Flemming Sørensen (Asta); his daughters, Susanne Sørensen and Christina Sørensen; and his sibling's children, Hanne Vestergaard (Claus), Soren Sørensen (Ketty), Lone Madsen, Else Jensen (Steen), Holger Jensen (Christina) and Christian Jensen (Stine).
