It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joaquin Mendonca Jr. (Turlock, California), born in Livingston, California, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his child Debbie Peliter of Timmy Mendonca; his parents, Joaquin Mendonca and Mary Mendonca; and his sister Mary Cardoza. He is survived by: his children, Marla Stegell, Trina Miller and Carrie Kirshner; and his sister Elsie Straits. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations in Jay's name may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic School, Turlock.
