He was predeceased by : his son Todd Schouten; his mother Pauline Gaulting; his brothers, Larry Schouten and Paul Schouten; and his mother-in-law Inez Martin.
He is survived by : his wife Jeanette Schouten of Turlock; his sons, Duane Schouten and Jeffrey Schouten of Gustine; his brother David Schouten of Gustine; his father-in-law Frank Martin of Gustine; and his grandsons, Timmy, Curtis and Brendan Schouten.
