We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 95, Richard August Swanson (Turlock, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Swanson and Vera Swanson; his daughter Julie Swanson; his brothers, Elwood Swanson (Fern) and Don Swanson (Marge); and his grandson David Hacker.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Hacker and Timothy Swanson of Turlock, CA; his wife Erlene; his grandchildren, Paul Hacker of Fair Oaks, CA, Jason Swanson of Turlock, CA and Kaylie Swanson of Turlock, CA.; his siblings-in-law, Deloris Carlson of Kent, WA and Everett Wenstrand (Beverly) of Hilmar, CA; and his caregivers, Leonor, Pam and Sokhen of Covenant Care. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
