He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Azevedo and Adelia Azevedo; and his brothers, Antonio Azevedo, Jose Azevedo and Ricardo Azevedo.
He is survived by: his wife Rosa Azevedo; his sons, Henry (Kim Azevedo), Phil (Elizabeth May), Mike (Adelia Carpenter), Emanuel (Susan Azevedo) and Mario (Stephanie Azevedo); and his siblings, Maria Cardoso, Georgina Gomes, Carolina Cardoso, Conceicao Azevedo and Mario Azevedo. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tiberio's memory may be made to Our Lady of the Assumption Church.
