She is survived by: her sons, Todd Haslem (Robin), Jay Dee Haslem and Dale Haslem (Darlene); her grandchildren, Brandey Rainwater (Andy), Connie Haslem, Wade Haslem, Kalo Haslem (Shauna), Jacob Haslem, Andrew (Kimberlee), Doyle Haslem (Sylvia), Kara Ringueberg (Dustin) and Felisha Haslem of Ely, NV.; and her great grandchildren, Willem Carpenter, Derrick, Ella Rainwater, Alexys, Jessie, Dakota Santistevan, Emma, Trenton Haslem, Addison, Andrew, Audree Haslem, Mason, Weston Haslem, Maddison Ringueberg, Stetson and Kayson Noyes.
